Bluetooth speakers have been around for years, but with more advanced technology there have been some excellent candidates lately. One portable bluetooth speaker is now up for grabs for less than £35 on Amazon - and it's pretty punchy and powerful when it comes to sound.

The HEYSONG Portable Bluetooth Speaker is wireless, waterproof and comes with an LED light. Orignally priced at £49.99, you're saving yourself a small fortune with this Amazon deal. You can also buy it in seven different colours including lake blue, pink, black and poppy red.

The product description reads: "For the fully sealed design of the device, the HEYSONG Bluetooth waterproof speaker can be fully immersed in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.

In terms of online reviews, it's garnered over 1,000 recommendations and a 4.5 out of 5 stars. One buyer raved: "Brilliant speaker, especially for the price! Very loud and fantastic sound quality. Bought another out of curiosity to sync them and I can’t go back to a single speaker now!"

A second person commented: "I picked this up as a present for my daughter. I wasn't expecting much with the price paid for it, but it is an amazing little speaker. My daughter absolutely loves it."

However, there were a few negative online reviews. One person left a comment saying: "10 months after purchasing this Speaker it stopped charging. I contacted the seller via Amazon contact centre without any response. Amazon claim they are a third party seller and so can't do anything."

A second posted a review saying: "Well I bought this item thinking this will last me 30 hours in battery life after charging it all night well it only hold me two hours and thirty minutes such a shame even though most reviews says the battery life is long NO WAY it’s not."

One buyer said: "I brought this a month ago and I'm very pleased with it. The speaker is loud and perfect for parties or pool parties it can float and is water proof. It has glow up led lights onto the side which an excellent feature."
